Our Guarantee
How does your guarantee work?
We guarantee a minimum of 30 qualified appointments on your calendar within 120 days of campaign launch. If we fall short, you choose what happens next: either we refund your management fees in full, or we keep working at no additional cost until all 30 appointments are delivered. The choice is yours—we’re committed either way.
What counts as a “qualified appointment”?
A real conversation with someone who fits the profile we define together before launch—target demographics, financial situation, and genuine interest in the services you offer. It can be a booked appointment they attend or a direct inbound call. What matters is the person matches the agreed criteria and is ready to talk.
What are the conditions of the guarantee?
The guarantee requires that you:
• Authorize all advertising channels we recommend—we handle setup and management, we just need your green light
• Maintain the monthly ad budget we agree on together. The budget we recommend depends on your target location, the niche you serve, and the platforms we activate—we’ll give you a clear number before you sign
• Grant timely access to the platforms relevant to your setup (ad accounts, analytics, domain, etc.)
• Respond to leads within 2 business days of their inquiry
• Review and approve ad creatives and landing page copy in a timely manner so campaigns aren’t stalled
• Provide documentation required for platform verifications if applicable (e.g. professional licenses for Google Local Service Ads)
These conditions exist so the campaign has what it needs to perform—not as escape clauses.
What happens if you don’t hit 30 appointments in 120 days?
You decide. Option one: full refund of management fees. Option two: we keep working at no additional cost until every appointment is delivered. Either way, we don’t keep money we didn’t earn.
Reaching Clients Who Fit Your Offer
How do you actually reach pre-retirees with $500K+ in investable assets?
Through a combination of precise targeting, messaging that resonates with that life stage, and platform signals. On Google and Meta we use intent and interest signals tied to retirement planning, wealth preservation, tax optimization, and estate concerns. On LinkedIn we can layer in professional signals where relevant. The ad copy and landing page are built to speak directly to people thinking about their financial future—which naturally attracts the right profile and discourages everyone else.
Can you filter out tire-kickers, DIY investors, and prospects who don’t fit my offer?
We don’t phone-screen every lead, so we can’t promise zero noise—no honest agency can. What we do is filter at every layer we control: the ad copy sets expectations upfront, the landing page qualifies further with the right language and questions, and the form captures the signals that matter. On top of that, we feed the ad platforms continuous feedback on which leads were a good fit and which weren’t. That feedback loop compounds—lead quality is strong from day one and keeps improving week over week. Our north star is saving your time, so every optimization we make is aimed at that.
How do you make sure the appointments are pre-retirees, not younger prospects?
Messaging does most of the work. The hooks, pain points, and language we use—retirement income planning, tax-efficient withdrawals, legacy, healthcare costs—self-select for people in that stage of life. Combined with platform targeting (age ranges, financial interest signals, life-event triggers) and the feedback loop we send back to the algorithms, the appointments that come through are overwhelmingly people in the right window. Anything that slips through gets flagged and used to tighten targeting further.
The Full Funnel
What exactly do you run—Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or all three?
It depends on your market and offer, but most campaigns use Google and Meta as the core, with LinkedIn layered in when it makes sense. Google captures people actively searching for help. Meta reaches them in the consideration phase with educational content and retargeting. LinkedIn can be useful for specific segments and for retargeting warm audiences in a professional context. We recommend the mix that will hit your number most efficiently—not a cookie-cutter stack.
Do you build the landing page too, or do you use mine?
We build a dedicated landing page for the campaign. Your main website is designed for existing clients and general credibility—it’s not optimized to convert a cold pre-retiree into a booked conversation. The campaign landing page is purpose-built for that single job: one offer, one audience, one action. It’s yours to keep.
Compliance
Is your ad copy and landing page messaging compliance-friendly for RIAs and broker-dealers?
Yes. We write in a way that respects SEC, FINRA, and state-level rules—no performance guarantees, no testimonials that violate current regs, no misleading claims. Every piece of copy is delivered for your compliance team or CCO to review and approve before it goes live. We’ve worked with both independent RIAs and advisors affiliated with broker-dealers, and we adapt to your firm’s internal review process.
Time & Budget
How fast can I expect the first qualified appointments?
Most advisors see their first qualified conversations within the first 2 to 4 weeks after launch. The first weeks are partly a learning phase—the platforms need data to optimize, and we need signals from real conversations to sharpen targeting. From week 4 onward, volume and quality typically stabilize and improve. The 120-day guarantee window is designed around this reality: enough time to launch, learn, and deliver.
What’s the minimum ad budget needed to make the guarantee work?
We’ll recommend a budget based on your target appointment volume, your market, and the platforms we use. As a rule of thumb, serious campaigns aimed at $500K+ pre-retirees need meaningful ad spend to reach enough of the right people—this isn’t a channel for $500/month experiments. The budget we recommend depends on your target location, the niche you serve, and the platforms we activate. We’ll give you a clear number before you sign, and if the budget isn’t enough to hit the guarantee, we’ll tell you upfront rather than set the campaign up to fail.
